TYPE OF VEHICLES

What type of cars do you have?
      We have economy class, compact, pickups, full size and vans.

Do you have automatic or stick shift cars?
      Most of our cars are automatic.

Do you have air conditioned cars?
      Yes, all our cars have air condition.

Do you have non-smoking?
      All of our cars are non-smoking, additional charge of US$ 3.00 a day for smoking vehicles.

Do you rent cars by the hour?
      No, our rental is based on a minimum of 24 hours.

REQUIREMENTS

Can I use my international driver's license?
      Valid driver's licenses issued in your state or country are acceptable as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?
      Yes, insurance is required.

What are your age requirements?
      You have to be at least 21 years of age. (Minimum age to rent a car/van is 25 years.
      We can make exceptions till 21 with a US$1000.00 Deposit.)

METHOD OF PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
      We accept, cash, check, credit card, travels check, or debit card.

Can I use another person's credit card for renting a vehicle?
      Yes, but the card holder himself must present himself with proper ID to sign the rental contract.

DEPOSITS

Do I need a deposit?
      Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you.

How much is the deposit?
      The deposit is based on the type of vehicle, usually from US$350.00 to US$500.00.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
      Yes, there is a minimum charge of US$5.00 for an additional driver.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
      All our cars are delivered full of gas, and must be brought back the same way it was given.

Is there an additional charge for under-age?
      Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21 to 24 years old.

Is there an additional charge for smoking?
      Yes, there is an additional charge of US$.3.00 a day for smoking vehicles.

MONTHLY SPECIAL

If I rent a vehicle for a month can I get a good price?
      Yes, you receive a special offer for vehicles rented for a month.

TAXES

What type of taxes am I being charged for?
      There is only one type of tax you will be charged for: a 5% sales tax.

SERVICES

Do you pick up and drop off customers?
      Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals.

Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
      Yes, we do provide these services.

Do you pick up at the airports?
      Yes, we pick up from the airport and deliver to the airport.

Do you deliver at the hotels?
      Yes, we do deliver at hotels but customers need to be present to sign their rental contract.

ACCESSORIES

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
      We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are cell phones and baby seat.

RETURNING VEHICLES

If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
      After closing hours we pick up from the airport and deliver at the airport. You just need to call (599-9) 510 42 44 or 520 42 44.

OPENING HOURS

What are your opening hours?
      We are open from 8:00 am till 17:00 pm from Monday till Friday, on Saturdays from 9:00 am till 14:00 pm.

Where are you located?
      Our office is located at Pater Euwensweg z/n, Otrobanda in the island of Curaçao, within 10 minutes from Hato Airport and 2 minutes from Downtown Punda.
